Website Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026 · Governing law: Republic of South Africa

This is a standard template prepared for Netfuel. Replace bracketed placeholders with your registered details and have it reviewed by a qualified attorney before publishing. It is not legal advice.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Netfuel website and onboarding tools (the “Site”) operated by [Netfuel legal entity name] ([registration number]) (“Netfuel”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your use of the Netfuel fuel programme itself is governed by a separate customer agreement.

2. About the service

Netfuel offers a prepaid diesel cashback programme for South African fleets, delivered on the fuel-payment platform operated by Payment24 Group (Pty) Ltd, for which Netfuel is an authorised reseller. Each vehicle is fitted with a Smart Tag and each driver uses a personal PIN; both must be present to authorise a fill.

3. The offer

Illustrative savings figures shown on the Site (for example “R13,200 a year per truck”) are examples based on stated assumptions and are not a guarantee of any specific amount.

4. Eligibility & access

You must be authorised to act for the business you register and provide accurate, complete information. Access to the onboarding form is protected by a one-time PIN (OTP) sent to the cellphone and email you provide. You are responsible for keeping your verification details and driver PINs confidential, and for activity under your profile.

5. Prepaid & payments

The programme operates on a prepaid basis with no credit checks. Annual fees are processed through our payment gateway, Pay. Card details are entered directly with the gateway and are never seen or stored by Netfuel. Prepaid top-ups and cashback are reflected in your Netfuel balance.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Intellectual property

The Netfuel name, logo, content and design are owned by or licensed to Netfuel and may not be copied or used without our written permission. The underlying platform technology is owned by Payment24 Group (Pty) Ltd.

8. Third parties

Fills, rebates and station availability depend on third parties including Payment24 and participating fuel retailers. We are not responsible for the acts, pricing or availability of third-party sites, and station coverage and rebate rates may change.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranty that any specific cashback amount will be achieved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netfuel will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the fees you paid to Netfuel in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify Netfuel against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site or programme.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end access to the Site where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service. Termination of the fuel programme is governed by your customer agreement.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy & POPIA Policy, which forms part of these terms.

14. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version.
